Order Processing & Lead Time
All Remy products are bespoke and made to order. As such, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production from the date your order is confirmed.
This timeframe reflects the time required to source materials, handcraft your item, perform final quality checks, and prepare it for dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your item is dispatched.
Shipping Method & Courier
We ship all orders using DHL, a trusted international courier service. Once your item is dispatched, delivery times typically range from:
1–3 business days within the UK
3–7 business days for international orders
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Missed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Remy is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, re-shipping costs will be charged.
